Ask the THREE Right Questions when Considering a New Home:

  • Make sure to get and read the sellers' disclosure report carefully.
  • Ask the seller for any warranties, insurance claims or major repairs done in the past few years.
  • Check with labor, licensing and regulation about any complaints on the inspection company(s) being used and/or considered. 

    Note:  Even if you are buying homes listes "as is," it's a good idea to get a complete inspection, so you understand what repairs may have to be made.
